Janette is an organisation development consultant and has over 22 years of experience working within business, in HR, as a management consultant and as an educator in leadership and management. During this time, she has worked in both the public and private sectors, advising and educating executives, HR and managers on a range of aspects of people in business. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, holds a MSc in Industrial Relations and HRM, a BSc in Business Management and French and a PGCE.
Janette is passionate about energising individuals and teams, building confidence and engagement, and inspiring learning and change. She uses both her consulting and academic experiences to highlight how even small changes can make a significant difference to people and as a result to sustainable increases in productivity.
She uses a range of tools and techniques, tailored to the situation, to enable individuals and teams to understand where they are now, where they want and need to be, and how to get there. With a practical and insightful approach she seeks to ensure that interventions can be used straightaway to improve engagement and productivity.
She has a particular interest in the link between happiness, engagement and performance and how this can be used practically to improve the workplace.
