Simon is an independent organisational consultant specialising in leading innovation and change. He has wide experience working at senior level in multinational companies throughout Europe, US and Asia and is currently involved in facilitating major change programmes with Transcend.
The focus of Simon’s work is ‘resourceful leadership’, a unique package of practical tools and techniques he designed to give leaders (at all levels) greater freedom to think and act – particularly in situations where events are pressing and options closing down.
Clients comment on Simon’s ability to help them bring ideas to action and the rigour he brings to their thinking. His role as a facilitator and coach is supported by his background in humanistic psychology, organisational development and systems thinking.
Simon has an MA in ‘Leading and Change’ and is currently undertaking a part-time PhD researching ‘fatherhood and leadership’.
