Re-Formation Associates’ Malcolm Johnston, was recommended to Cleveland Biotech by Swiftclean – a long standing client of over 3 years. Cleveland Biotech is based in the North East but provides FOG management (Fats, Oils and Grease) solutions throughout the UK to most of the major supermarket chains, pubs and restaurants as well as schools and leisure facilities.

Malcolm was called in to conduct a strategic review of the customer facing processes of CBIO and, after just two days work, had made twenty recommendations to the Board of CBIO which included process improvements, KAM skills enhancement and other customer focussed changes such as the acquisition of a CRM system to capture customer data. The CRM system will then feed customer and market intelligence in to the newly revitalised marketing communications activities of the company. Malcolm has been retained to implement the recommendations and is currently a familiar sight at the Stockton on Tees HQ of CBIO.
